Daydream Deluxe Sure a lot of Future Funk can feel nostalgic, but this actually takes me back to the years of where I'd lock myself up in my room and play my PS2 and GameCube, and enjoy mostly Sega-related titles. This song screams that generation of gaming consoles to me, and that feels like the real type of nostalgia of which I got to enjoy. Absolutely stunning track!

Scottish-native, Last Island has returned to Montaime with an electrifying new single titled “It’s a Game”.

Last Island is notable for his “Fresh Static Snow” remix that was released on Porter Robinson’s “Worlds” remix album, as well as featuring on Montaime’s second Single Session series with “Let’s Go Somewhere”.

“It’s a Game” feels like you’re in a virtual world, with crisp funky rhythms and catchy vocals that feel like a SEGA soundtrack from the 90s.
